The journey of Destiny Medical Centre is deeply rooted in the inception of Kampala Children's Centre. However, it was a heartbreaking experience that accelerated its vision: two precious children from the centre were misdiagnosed by local public hospitals, leading to their tragic deaths. These avoidable tragedies sparked a vision that Arnold Muwonge had held dear since founding KCC - to create a medical facility providing reliable, quality, and affordable healthcare for those who need it most.

After much prayer, extensive discussions, and consultations with construction, medical experts, and friends, the vision took shape, and construction began. For over 17 years, dedicated individuals have worked tirelessly to turn this vision into a reality. We are thrilled to share that we are now ready to open our doors! We anticipate welcoming our first patients in the next few months.
